Those at the top should ask themselves, it’s high time, when employees start talking that they would prefer this company to be bought.
It’s a sign that we’ve reached the rock bottom. I have absolutely no hope that anything will get better here.

Success is holding on when others let go. Hahahahahaha This is surely a management post. The MROs and SROs are worried now that they aren't going to make their numbers and then they will be gone too.
People they thought would NEVER leave because they were corporate yes men are now leaving.
I knew it was time to go when I knew it would be better to slam my junk in a door than show up to work... took my 4weeks vacation and then signed my VSSP.
They have been putting lipstick on this pig every since combining the companies. As someone who’s seen this at several companies around the first quarter of next year we will find out who’s the one falling for the pig.

I hear more by 3rdQuarter, oh shoot its around the corner, VSPP for sure, by this October 4th Quarter they can announce another force before year ends. Get out people, this is no joke, why stress, its a dying industry, Get your cash and dash. Life is better than this place, You will find better jobs out there just brush up on your resume and network with your industry peers and you will find that job that you will like and feel wanted and welcomed. This company is to toxic and 2nd & 3rd Level Management (useless and taking payroll, in my own opinion, they don't bring nothing to the table on how to "Grow the business", They key word is "Grow". All they do is number crunch and find ways to stop the bleeding or probably not even that "No Value"). They (2nd & 3rd Level) scratching their heads on what's next because their boss "Upper Leadership" has no clue on how to sell or run this company. ok I'm glad I took this out of my chest, I feel better now and Happy Father's everyone !!!!!
When people stop asking this question, that's when it hit rock bottom. Many more layoffs to come.
