Did anybody else see that? Who was that caped crusader?

treating employees well isn't a core competency any longer. Heck, Amazon's DC have a 150% attrition rate! They're doing OK,
follett isn't Amazon (wouldn't want to work at either). But Amazon is growing. follett is at mid-atrophy.
Other than trying to track down the person (if they work for the company, god help them if they do) I would not count on any response whatsoever. Except maybe said person's termination. Nothing will change. Then again, I don't think anyone expected it to. Still, from what I saw, every grievance that became commonplace here was mentioned. Round about way of avoiding the multi-million dollar McKenzie surveys they pay for now and then to show that they are great at everything, right?
And was there any response to being called out?
During the call, somebody went off in the chat. Called out upper management, etc.
I was too busy ringing up customers. What happened? Sounds interesting.
I was like well that is quite spot on ...
- Quit your job and do us all a favor.
I agree that most of us should quit, but because of the way we are treated. Enough people are quitting already and its just more work and less gratitude for those of us that stay. That was actually the complaint of the poster during the call (well that and a whole bunch more- Unfortunately I only saw half of it).
Maybe it would be good business for Follett to treat their current employees better since they are struggling so much to hire people. Otherwise, we might be seeing a GVP ringing on register and the CEO grabbing a SODA order!
Saved a copy? Can you share it here?
Who has a copy? Please share!
Thought I might have been to only one to catch that. Brave soul.
What happened? I'm out of the loop. Didn't bother with the call today. More important things to do.
I saved a copy of it. scandalous.
