Xerox loved to waste money.After program launch went to many lesson learned meetings in 35yr plus career.Saw the same mistakes repeated time after time by ego driven program managers and their underlings. Internal culture and bureaucratic
management was not receptive to change.

Like Service Choice in the 1990's / early 2000's. I worked on that project. I Actually prepared the Lessons Learned document after they cancelled that project. I think they spent 250 million on it before it was cancelled.
Nope, just another Xerox train wreck which will lead to more people losing their jobs .
