With little to know wage increases from Seagate, your inflation adjusted salary is going to plummet. Other companies are giving large % raises because they are not lead by mo--ns with no clue on what's going on in the world.

I forgot I'm being graded for my typing. Did you know that what you wrote there isn't a proper sentence? Maybe it's time for you to look into the mirror and witness your own massive arrogance and ignorance? Go back to school and perhaps learn to construct a real sentence that is proper before you make yourself look like a complete a^^ next time. Of course I know the difference between "know" and "no" and made a hasty typing error. But, you have a much bigger issue with your lack of proper grammar and and even bigger issue with being a total candy a-s.
Look around and apply for open positions in other companies. The compensations in MANY of the other companies dwarf what you're making here. And you will likely be allowed to work from home unlike STX (soon).
