Has anyone heard anything about the RFP in La? Previous management would always keep us up to date. Now, we dont hear anything anymore and things are really bad right now. A lot of people have left and/or applying elsewhere, the workload is unrealistic and management does not seem to care about that, as well as not caring out our TAT or us in general. We ask for help all the time and no one does anything. It has gotten to the point that our emails aren't even answered anymore. There was so much hype regarding the issues with the contract last year and now we do not hear anything about it anymore. It used to be such a great place to work and it has gotten so bad. It s not the same place it used to be. A lot of people are thinking that they contract will not be renewed.

Ohio reps are thinking the same thing and employees are leaving left and right as well. No updates are being given, taking the silence to a new level. More work load and no ability to hire to correct it. Moral is nothing and it is only going to get worse if their contract is not renewed. They can only use so many people in other plans for Ohio and departments.
