I remember some earlier rumors about layoffs, people would be in a panic, everyone was hoping that they wouldn't be the target.
What's going on now?
Suddenly I know more and more people who can’t wait for layoff to get their package and finally leave this company. I wonder if there is anyone still trying to keep their job here? (although I'm not so sure that there is any way to actually do it)

I would love to be laid off given that I get a decent severance package bc iam just tired! Not that I dont need my job or the money but iam just exhausted!

I don't know anyone that wants to keep their positions. My group of people started out as Universal American, then WellCare bought us out. Now Centene. So lately each buyout has been worse than the other . Can't wait until this mess is over whether I leave on my own or they lay me off. I'm changing careers!
I know of quite a few colleagues that want to keep their positions. I think most of us that post here on this site have accumulated enough negative experiences with centene to not care to stay any longer.
