Allstate did a great job 👏 ruining the morale and motivation of the associates left behind after their RIF tactics of 2020. Now with pandemic waning, people are leaving ASAP for other jobs, disability, or retirement. With a ton of customer service jobs going to India, this company will go down the drain. You can’t run a business like this and be successful. Wilson and Shapiro have taken advantage of India and they are revolting. They are so sad and unprofessional on the phone. People will be willing to pay more in premiums just to have decent service. What a shame. The best news for Allstate will be when Wilson and Shapiro take their millions and leave.

I hate talking to India. You can’t understand them and the customers hate it too. As for my job, I’m bored as he-l with it. Just waiting to see what happens next, hoping for that day to get me it of here!
