The company is crumbling...leadership is failing its people and investors don’t know it yet. Only wish the board asks employees in a direct micro survey pulse on the behaviours of senior execs and management to see how wronged the people feel.

Mosley has surrounded himself with yes men / women and promote nepotism, rather than people who lead by example and push to innovate. The CFO is a good man.

Pretty soon the garbage man is going to be getting higher pay and bonuses than Seagate engineers. Package handlers that are high school drop outs are commanding $25 per hour and better benefits than Seagate in my area already.
