Personal at the Heidelberg field were told today layoff is coming in two weeks. Dustin gave them a two week notice and said that half of the personal would be cut at that time. Most of the personal have been with Dendury over 20 years and will average around 55, package they will receive is less than a one year salary. Wow! And Kendall is setting on 55 million dollars in free stock today, that's just wrong! I guess Dustin thinks Heidelberg plant can run without anyone.
If they decide to sue Dendury, good for them.
With the Biden administration and all the touchy feely going around today, there's not a jury in this country that would have sympathy for Denbury.

Going to call BS on this rumor. There is no way this is true with the amount of positions we are hiring for. New leadership also makes a point to congratulate those with over 20 years of service.
