It just means that Allstate learns nothing from its mistakes, that leadership goes from mistake to mistake, and that there is no hope for this company. I totally agree when someone said that it wouldn’t be a surprise if Allstate ended up as Sears. Why do it again? Do they even know what they are doing?

They'll be studying Tom Wilson in Business Schools for years - as a cautionary tale.
I am a damn fool. In 2020 I did assessments. My entire area got laid off regardless. Got rehired in different area in 2021. And now we are told our area is doing assessments in August. Twice going through this in 12 months.
Wilson should go in the record book. Involved in the destruction of two great American companies - Sears and Allstate.
He should be proud.
