PIL = Paid In Lieu (of working)

It’s called severance pay everywhere else. Regular paychecks for three months instead of one lump sum. Good thing is full health insurance during that period.

The gennulperson was asking about the PiL option under the PIPing program.
PiL 2020 - just sign a waiver for any injustice, pack the bags and 3-month pay.
Plus regular retirement if eligible.
The PiL bypasses the general humiliation and undocumented masochism of the Performance Improvement Process PIP.
PiL I think stands for Person in Limbo.

At any rate - probably will NOT be available this annual round.
And Jah Wobble still kicking.

I'd expect results of assessments by mid July, like in previous years.

When are results available? Figured they would want people out by September yet we’re quickly approaching end of June.
