outages were part of the migration to the cloud. Breakdown in communication strikes again! Thanks so much for saying so little! (it would have taken very little time to communicate this instead of being completely silent because we clearly couldn't understand the bigger picture?)

We will get nothing in response about the why, but in a guess, 20 year old T1 systems aren't going to run forever.

These jokers in the tower can’t even communicate properly when it goes down companywide. No procedure or system in place to alert field management, like an automated text message or website we can access externally.
Someone forgot to pay the internet bill!
