I came across a copy of the plan to integrate Indigo EEs to SWN teams. Hint: When this occurs and you are a legacy SWN then you will need to update your resume. Read between the lines folks!

My husband and I get strange looks when we meet for lunch at the Cafe. People are not used to seeing a couple guys so engrossed with each other. It will be a disappointment when he gets replaced by an Indigo employee later this year.
My husband was just laid and am wondering what people who read this think about layoffs happening in the summer for production engineers. He and I are raising a family and need a least one income. We will wait to see what you fine folks think, so please tell us.
I knew these new productivity modules from IBM (that Way for several free trips for buying) would bite us in the ar-e. Dayum!
This is true (and sad) For every one Indigo employee that joins the SWN ranks two current employees will be out the door. Why you ask? Cause it is proven that they do twice the work.
I really want to know if I’m going to get laid off. That’s what this here forum is for, right? I feel like I’m a good employee and stuff. Why me? I do believe they directors and such are making their lists and checking them twice as far as who is going to be laid off.
Those who are dead weight know who you are. I’d say best advice is similar to the OP. Update your resume - and no, don’t put down unclogging toilets for SWN CEO on list of accomplishments. In all seriousness how to we best capture our accomplishments at SWN when we have been treading water for the last 6 years? Ugggh. I should have gone to barber shop school.
