This group HAS to be restructured. Whether it be Integrated Projects, DS, WC, WL, etc they all are redundant and have ivory tower arrogance. During Covid it has got so ridiculous. Barking orders from Houston and all playing the cover you a-s management method. Now it is coming out that several of them have been hiding out in their home countries and are not even in Houston. We as the region are pushing hard to keep costs down and they continue to be paid $200k+ salaries with toppers, while not be accountable themselves. When will the C-suite step in and clean this up. LEAD BY EXAMPLE, not the OneWeatherford example.

Quit being a winer!!! You should only be too happy to be led by some of the strongest leaders in the industry. We have forged strategies and implemented change for the betterment of the business. Hahaha no really it’s more like $400k and yes we go wherever we want…. By the way the view from the ivory tower is great!!!
