All Directors and above will receive no raises or bonuses. Directors and above will only be receiving RSUs this year. Sad to see the company increase forecasts and have record stock price but can't pay employees a bonus. Another quick way to push out good people.

@Anonymous - directors aren’t executives. They are middle management and hence do not get to decide the compensation. These are decisions made by the SVPs/EVPs/CFO/HR/CEO/Board - probably not even VPs. Comprenez-vous?

OMG. Directors only get 20K plus in free stock options and outsized bonuses to survive on? How do they expect them to pay for the vacations to Hawaii and the small prop engine hobby planes and yachts? Don't they realize property taxes and insurance alone on a 2 million dollar lake mansion are $50,000 per year? Why waste raises on mid-low level people so they can upgrade to a used 8 year old Chevy when directors have already pre-ordered Tesla Model Y's they need to pay for?
