Layoffs over the summer? Does this mean the 2nd half of June, July or August?

All this points to more layoffs to come over the summer. Another reason--MFN is 75, has no planned successor, and time is not on his side. The ultimate end game may be a sale of the company down the road.
According to the Wall Street Journal. They also set aside $1.1 billion to resolve similar issues with other states.
They also paid a huge amount to MS with more to come as they have additional issues. It also mentions other States so who knows how much more $$ is involved. There are innuendos aplenty in that article about potential upcoming losses.
