You know what our main issue is? Cr---y management. Until the entire leadership is replaced I don't expect to see anything change for the better. We need competent people who know how to lead - not these clowns who keep making one wrong decision after another. Fix that problem and see how quickly things turn around for us.

Record profits? Sure, VBO the older, higher $ employees, replace them w cheaper, less skilled ppl...That’s one way to boost their “profits.” Too myopic.
