Seems like as Encompass rolls into National General the Encompass employees will disappear with it. Anyone know more about that? Even though Allstate purchased National General, seems like they are running the show and to heck with Encompass people. Last year we hired and promoted people and turned right around and laid them off. I sure hope we not going down that road again. I feel sorry for all of these people who we have hired recently if so!

The answer is yes, we are doing it Nat Gen ways- which is totally horrible. Their system - EPIC is total garbage. The policies they have are sub par policies. It makes no sense why Allstate purchased this company. There has currently been no official layoffs- however there has been a lot of retirements among the ranks. Everything has been kept quiet on the plans for moving forward.
It has been stated for some time that Encompass would be absorbed into and ran by NatGen with assessments for all to take care if redundancies
