Do we do dr-g test and criminal background for promotion from store manager to TSM ?

I was a TSM for several years. Then they cut the extra hours so I could properly do my job, took away the laptop and expected me to continue to do all of the extra work with no additional hours, and keep my store running. Took a small cut in pay, and lost the nice TSM bonus, but I'm much happier.
No. Only time this happens if you are position titled into store manager/rx.
