Just curious how many folks would leave if they could. I would but my family situation is complicated and I need to stay here...

Co workers are nice, hardworking people, and some managers are a pleasure to work with because they try to help, and actually tell us thank you at the end of a shift.
Belk advertises family oriented photo sales ads, has charity drives, but thats a crock.
Working at Belk is horrible
Retail. Step above fast food… Maybe.
I wouldn't recommend Anyone work there.
Agree. No one wants to work here.
Nobody works at Belk because they WANT to. Nobody at all.
