I heard it was 2 months plus 2 weeks per year of service.
So if I had 15 years under my belt I will get 9 monthly salaries when they tell me bye-bye? Hey I can get a nice Tesla or BMW as a parting gift :-)
Might package also include health care benefits for a period of time?
