Another C suite oddity is head of HR Carrie Blair joined ALL in 2019. Looks like she was fired from Sun LIfe and it took her 1+ years to find anything. They just needed a body before they started massive layoffs and firings.

2 .5 years later and EB still hasn’t created a procedure for all the work the agencies that got cut use to do. Any talent they hired to figure it out left because they weren’t allowed to change anything due to all the red tape. I guess people like working in chaos.
