GFK and Susan Backer this week told the business that 26% of the sales force have served notice to leave. Simply incredible ! In the US 27 people have resigned, EMEA 15 have or will do soon. What kind of sh-t show is this leadership team running??

Wow! Is it really that high although I’m not surprised and can see this continuing through Q2!? Morale is non existent, many of good people left I’ve spoken are looking to get out too and with how the teams were leaned out in Q4 there’s no way to backfill the people who leave from the existing teams.
