One DXC, new DXC, How about "real DXC"?

None of the values talked about are experienced on the ground floor.

So how about real DXC?

We value

Exec bonuses
Massaging our financial losses and revenue decline
Slogans, platitudes and rhetoric over strategy and plans
Milking captive customers
Laying people off
Not paying staff a fair wage
One sided contracts
30 day collections but 90 day payments
Sabotaging our peoples efforts
Pointless Meetings
Logod hoodies, t-shirts and hats

We also seize the market (its meaningless so we can carry this one over)

And if you dont like it leave

Please recommend us to your firends. We have 1000s of vacancies as a result of trying to meet our numbers.

That saves someone having to watch a 90 minute recording of the last town hall. Mike 2 is a charlatan. If there was transparency, we'd be able to measure how he meets the targets for his bonuses but the rest of us seemingly don't meet ours.

"We are DXC".... Say it, shout it like an angry ceo on an all hands call.

Less of a motto, more of a battle cry.... Try shouting it like Gérard butler in "300" before drop kicking someone into a pit.
