Certain office groups have been instructed to return to the office, no more remote working.
Are they crazy?! When am I supposed to cook, clean and do laundry? I'm not even done watching the Kominsky Method series on Netflix.
This company has gone too far! Let us work remote, it's the only thing that makes this miserable dump tolerable.

Just for the record, I didn't give them my status. Haven't heard anything about it yet.
F' em.
It's their business, if they want to continue to F it up, have at it, they seem to be adept at that. Let's see where the stock price heads, compared to market index, going forward. Not a good day today.
Lucky you. I’ve been in the office through the entire pandemic because my department was deemed essential. Operations if you’re wondering.
I've worked remote for 5 years. I also don't have a local office to go to and I'm not in a customer facing position.
I'm not giving them my vaccination status by the end of today. None of their business since they are the ones that directed me to work remote years ago and I haven't seen another employee face to face in all that time.
If I was going into an office, or seeing customers it would be different. But there's no reason for them to know in the current situation.
I would say Xerox has been ahead of the times when it comes to work from home. Many have been doing it for 10 years and there have been offices closed down for years with permanent work from home. So when the covid came it was no big deal since wfh was Business as usual compared to many other companies who were struggling to figure it out.
Let the threats begin! Monday will be a day of reckoning .Management needs a wake up call to get their head out of the sand.
I work in the warehouse, so I've had to come in every day during the pandemic. Luckily, my coworkers and I have remained healthy the entire time. Honestly, I'm glad I had to come in. I need to be around people. Otherwise, I think I would've gone crazy. But that's just me. If you are happy working remotely and can remain productive, then I think you should be able to.
I've been working remote for 10 years, without a local office to go to and I don't visit customers. They can get stuffed if they think I'm going to tell them my vaccination status.
These icon C suite goons think they're hot shizit, but here's another exhibit that shows they're just as clunky, obsolete as the clowns before them
Please return to the Webster office so we can fire you in person.
The lockdown proved to me that I can a lot of my work done remotely, as well or better than in the office. I think they are fishing for severence free ways to shed workforce with these BS edicts and reporting systems. Take me on a technicality, make my Fn day
If there is anything this company is good at it is screwing over their workforce…COVID isn’t over but Xerox will stick their head in the sand and pretend it is now business as usual.
Get back to the office you slackers.
So those that didn't get the notice on Friday, and Work from home on Monday....are FIRED.
For those saying xerox is behind the times. It’s true but you’re all missing their ploy which is ‘hey America we’re going back now you should too because you aren’t printing enough and we’re going out of business. So we are making our ees go back to work so you should too’. It’s d-mb.
Xerox is so behind the times, while most companies are embracing letting their employees work from home of course they do the opposite
Who the heck wants to go back to some cr---y building, do they realize that this is hugely pi----g us off more and making our jobs even more depressing and miserable, I know for me it is now amping my search for a new job
In a way I am grateful for this decision as it is the push I need to get out of this hellhole.......
Been too long since I had my hands on that suhweet 90's tech...Can't Hardly Wait!

Everyone in the US has been instructed to return. They gave us great notice on a Friday that you have to return on Monday.
