Being denied opportunities for more responsibility because I "don't have enough exposure to other departmental functions" (yeah, genius, no sh**...how do you think people gain more exposure to other departmental functions?)
Being made to feel like I'm the bad guy for being a higher than average performer
Being told it's my job to "be at my desk" when I left to take my break (which is funny because it's not like I had any real work to do anyway)
Seeing others get rewarded for minuscule achievements which pale in comparison to mine (which of course I get passive aggressively punished for achieving by being stonewalled from career progression)
Having mid level managers dictate and essentially hold others in career stagnation, especially those who they know are intellectually and creatively superior to them.
Looking for other opportunities while I scoff at the idea of a "2 week notice" ..which I'm sure those same mid level managers feel is important for the "transition of job duties" ... the same duties that a mindless space chimp could do, day in and day out.
