It’s amazing, when everyone hates El, the Region and Dist Mgrs cheat too.
There are thousands and thousands of fake SYW Accounts created by associates with management's approval just to satisfy metrics. I was a CAC Lead and was told to have my team create the fake accounts by not only store management but district and regional management as well. I refused to do so and stepped down to store support.
There were many Store Managers and many store Associates let go because of poor performance of SYW.
There were many Associates that quit due to extreme pressure to produce, that created a sh---y work environment, because of SYW metrics.
The focus of SYW and not Profitable Sales was the downfall of Sears.
Let’s hope it’s true that this main initiative failed finally and no buyers could be bought.
