I personally believe respect is earned from the start. In short I do not respect someone simply because of a fancy title on the door or because a bunch of narrow minded nitwits make a big deal of you when you walk through the door. You earn it with me and I expect to have to earn others' respect at the same time. That being sain in my 16 years with this company in 3 different departments I can count on my two hands how many within Allstate's leadership or even regular employees have fully earned my respect. This company is a total mess of people from the bottom up.
Not that there was much left to lose.
