This company won’t lay the real workers off too quick. Stop wishing. They will lay off the hard working adjusters when they are darn good and ready to. India will get well from the pandemic and then it will be a mass US exodus to fulfill Glenn’s evil plan. I venture a guess by July 2023 or sooner if possible. There will be very few jobs left stateside. Maybe Chicago that’s it. Downvote as you choose but you know it’s true. Get out if you can while Rome burns.

Very true OP. My personal favorites are the ones who think just because an area is "hiring" that area and roles are safe. WRONG! Almost every area that had mass layoffs last year were hiring right up to the point of the announcements. There were even new hires that were offered jobs and training classes in session retracted. Hiring does not mean no layoffs in those areas. They were even hiring regional positions up to the day it was announced that the regions were being eliminated. There were groups laid off last year that were just hired months before.
Looking at you adjusters. Many adjusters that they are hiring now are just replacements for the 40+ that are moving to CCC's new claims service team in two weeks. Others are just 6-12 month stand ins until India is ready in a year or so. The Transformative Growth plan is alive and well. It is just this darn COVID is delaying some of it.
