Next contract there will be less t rates, no ACP, no raises, higher healthcare and the onion and company will sell it likes it’s a great contract like the last 2. I’m just hanging on until the cuts begin again then hopefully taking a buyout to get what I can from this place. Many other T’s are thinking the same thing.
The Onion sold us out on the last two contracts as well as the CA. The paper tiger of a BA will most likely do the same in 23. I may stick around to express myself more vocally and see how many of the “old Goomba squad” I can P*ss off!!
Maybe the company won’t renew the contract for local 301
Contract 2023 will be another opportunity for the 301 to huff and puff and threaten this and that, then settle for whatever the company wants after they offer a one time $1000 accelerated cash payment….. it’s sad.
