You keep saying the ship is sinking, but that seems to be pretty hyperbolic...

The industry is just changing and Allstate is just trying to be competitive

They are leaving because they don’t want to go down with the ship! Nice of them to lay off thousands of people on their way out and send jobs overseas! Allstate has sh-t on their hands!

Some took the early separation plan while others were "encouraged" to retire. Regardless some of these high levels accepting early separation gladly is not a good look on the direction of this train wreck.

Unless it's Tom or Glenn I don't care. The rest really are quite powerless and are/were just minions who endorsed the madness to cover their own as--s and their own grossly inflated paychecks and bonuses. None of them are any real loss and the minions leaving changes nothing as long as Tom and Glenn are around.
