Just seen the new DXC logo. It reminded me of a broken chain and I thought how fitting. DXC is the broken link that will stop your business from transforming!

@1avh+1bgpDyNZ - would be sensible to start again or do big REORG Globally and build up from scratch concentrating on simplifying processes, management levels - trimming down the middle level of ineffectual mgmt, concentrating on core services that they can provide successfully to clients but to invest in new technology and giving pay rises and better conditions to existing staff.
Unfortunately this takes time and effort + money in doing - unfortunately unlikely to be done from top mgmt at DXC - seem to like cut, cut and run.
With $6B in debt, of course, he gets mad when ppl asking about raises. He can't give any, or not that much. How would he pay up the debt?
The only way would be to lay off everyone who's with the company for a long time and hasn't gotten a pay raise for years...hire new folks, give them decent money and start with performance-based raises.

Starting in later July, but up to your local HR department. So basically no real concrete information.

The company must be posting positive stuff on Glass door as the ratings are up a lot! We better set glasswork straight if rankings 1 and 2 don't get a decent increase in pay.
What happened at the town hall with raises?
I like the new logo, definitely has a throwback to the old csc one.
I don't care much for the sudden retrenchment on raises.
I don't care how outraged and angry salvino is about it, it is far more rage inducing for me...the one who is looking at another year of nothing.
I think this is it for me, take your logo and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Oh come on give it a chance not a bad town hall, except Mike L seems like he's mad all the time with questions on salary reviews and since most of haven't seen any increases is years it's one of the top questions
