I’ll be waiting on my RIF meeting with my bottle of champagne waiting! Hoping everyone gets what they desire, whether that means getting laid off or having more job security or maybe even a promotion... Whatever it is I’m hoping and wishing the best for everyone.
There was a meeting talking about it in IT a few weeks ago, just the multiple choice stuff. Still waiting to hear what our mgmt says since about 2/3 of the team banded together and were brutally honest in the freeform section.
I still don't expect anything to come out of it tho.

The surveys are pointless because employees can’t be honest. It would actually be useful if it was actually anonymous and employees could be honest.
I think leadership was to get results by mid June. It’s anonymous (yeah right)..so I’m sure any disgruntled responders will be RIF’d.
