I’ve been working the bare minimum lately because I’ve absolutely lost motivation. I never thought I would be as calm expecting notice as I am now. I used to be under tremendous stress during layoffs, but now I’m completely chill while waiting to get a severance pay and get rid of this ridiculous company.
The only thing that worries me is that Centene will decide to keep me, and that the layoff will be given to me by those who really care about the job and work very hard. That's how it is at Centene.
