If you work in claims and don't practice Hindu you can consider yourself all but gone in the next 6 months.
Whole company is getting laid off - sources
Less than 20% of the bonus level people offered the VTO- like agreement took it. Not enough are leaving voluntarily so there will be layoffs at this level, probably Q3.
