And it should only contain a single question: did you consider quitting in the last six months? I think the results would shock every single one of them and it could (although I doubt it) turn into a much needed wakeup call on how they've been treating employees.

They do have surveys. No one really cares. Its do more more more and more and no OT to get it done. They do not care about anything other than that fortune 500 list and what their financial goal is for 2025. It is all they ever talk about anymore. Those of us that speak up just get sick of saying anything because nothing changes for the better.
In my circle alone there are at least a dozen who are already looking outside the company. I can only imagine the broader company has hundreds more doing the same.
They don’t care. But they’re starting to notice problems with being able to get work done. You can only cut so deep before you hemorrhage.
They could care less. They only care about getting the earnings up.

They wouldn't care. If they did the situation would not be like it is. Their motto is you can always be replaced (and generally with someone younger and at a lesser salary).
The problem is very few answer honestly on surveys because they know it’s not anonymous.
