With all the layoffs and the work piling up I'm starting to feel like I'm drowning. I'm being pulled in so many directions that sometimes I just want to drop it all walk out and that is something I really can't afford to do right now. But if it continues like this, something will have to give, and that's what scares me the most.

Unless you take it into your own hands to go and find something better you will swallow what they give you to swallow boyo. It is on you to make your own move away from this circus.

The company doesnt care, so why do all of you? There isnt going to be a magical undoing of the last 15years, there isnt a going back to the old way. Just move on and stop pretending the company secretly cares.
Sinking ship here ! Either ride it out abd things will hopefully get better inn2 years once the big wigs realize too many adjusters were laid off or apply elsewhere. The stress is overwhelming in auto Virtual assist too.
As an at will employee, you are free to leave them company at any time for any reason...
If you can't handle the workload, you don't have to stay...
The Job market is great right now with way more open positions than bodies to fill them, get your resume out there and see what happens.
Just keep looking and applying to other jobs.
