I regret that I didn’t leave this company a few years ago, when I had a chance to move to a great company that turned out to have much more respect for employees than Allstate.
It's not Allstate's fault, it's my bad decision. I couldn't even imagine Allstate going into a downward spiral.
Out of sheer curiosity I wonder what you would have done differently here if you could turn back time?
