There are a lot of unhappy people at Allstate currently who could and should be benefiting from the multitude of available remote jobs right now. There are so many options available that were not there before the pandemic, so if you were looking to leave you don't have to limit yourself to something in your immediate area. This is an opportunity nobody should miss.

I think That OP’s message is to take advantage of the slew of available remote-based jobs as an exit strategy.
Sure, working from home is great. But, whether you're in the office or working from home, if you're working for Allstate, you're still working with a dysfunctional company. If you've read the posts on this site and all you've gleamed from them is that remote work is better than working in the office, than you've clearly missed the point of these many, many posts about problems with communication within the company, ineffective management, outdated/inefficient processes, etc.
