Laying off over 28 points

Anyone know if over 28 attendance points gets you fired anymore? Several people at my location are going over and still working. Everyone is being overworked and the folks going over almost seem like they can’t wait to get fired.

Just got approved for my fmla on myself have a nice summer suckers. I’ll be doing me from here on out....Thank god for the go getters in my terminal for their hard work they can now carry my a-s. I’ll be off whenever I feel the need to recover from my an-s being pounded out from the RR over half my life thanks for your service boys!

This is agreement according to our superintendent notice, says the current employees wanted another new attendence policy and the Unions
that have no say so. The UP owns the unions and the drunks

I hear most everyone one is winning law boards with back pay. I’m hearing the policy is going to be changed again soon because everyone knows it’s just not possible to be available as much as we are.

1 UC weekday layoff, 1 UC weekend layoff, and one miscall in a 90 day period and you're gone in my terminal if you're on a pool job.

Maybe you've worked 25 years with ZERO discipline or accidents, they don't care....G.O.N.E. ...gone.

And good luck getting to use compensated day even during the middle of the week....
