Yes. Get a clue. BN is NOT essential!
YOU were closed during the pandemic & then you brought customers books to the curb. ( and let your cleaning companies go! The stores are dirty)

Stop supporting libraries. They are just as bad as BN, if not worse. City government is much more corrupt than you can ever imagine. Get a clue, libraries and BN are not good things. Both deserve to go away. Specialized libraries (law, medical, university) are another story, they can stay. Down with BN, Daunt, Riggio.
On another note, I overheard the staff openly talking about their sales figures for the previous day. Their goal was 340ish, and they only did 140. That is really bad IMO. More reason why this corporation deserves to be shut down and all of their employees from corporate down, fired.
