It seems as if management doesn’t care about how hard we work. All they do is keep pushing for more, more, more while complaining about the smallest issues. They have no idea what we have to do in order to make them look good. They don’t care as long as their “numbers” are up there and they can take their vacations. I’m so sick and tired of it all. I’ve been looking for a few months and I can’t wait to get out.

If you don’t leave they will work you hard and then one day when you are about 50 replace you with an EIO or BTC.
Grow a pair...EM is not here to care how you feel...you are paid to do a job. If you are unhappy...get the fu-k out...nobody cares.
Someone else will easily take your place.
@mgv+1bdDkFJp how many levels are you from the CEO? Your functional President? Do you really think what they do affects your daily life? If your immediate supervisor treats you poorly, then you definitely need to make a move. Otherwise, enjoy the salary.
@ysw+1bdDkFJ Dude! You seem to be the XOM koolaid drinker. How XOM treats their people is much worse comparably. If you dont know go out and check. The top management at this company simply doesnt care about anything l, even the leadership principles they want others to demo, they themselves dont. Why because they think of themselves as GODS and worker bees as their slaves.
