Efforts you put into the company go unnoticed and are always unappreciated. Nobody at this place cares about employees. There is NO job security no matter what you’re told or who you’re friends with. When it comes down to it, it’s every (wo)man for themselves.

You’ll be lied to about job security. They don’t want you to leave. Until, they are done with you. Then they’ll lay you off (makes them feel better calling it that. But in reality: fired) and say it’s not you, you’re great, but we’re sorry. If you’re so “great” why’d they fire you and hire someone else to do your job? Oh. Since we don’t care about employees and have to payout millions to the revolving door of fired CEOs, your replacement will work for less money and no benefits and no reason to stay with the company and not want to stay. Every one wins ! Not really. Not everyone. Just the CEOs who got money for not working there anymore.
