GlobalLogic is an IoT company which is something Brian Householder couldn't produce and spent millions of HDS $$$ trying. So, mother company buys one. One Hitachi might just be: GlobalLogic and HV merged.
CS&S ran by third party until ALL hardware is off maintenance....... No more service liability. HV, LLC cannot impact mother company with lawsuits

No it is not ruin. So many good products, like bullet train, smart city, car automation, manufacturing, vi-----r, storage, analytics, AI, ML software etc.
Also lots of good manager too, too good. There is plan to expand the business into home, like rice cooker, smart oven, smart washer and dryer, smart TVS, smart hair dryer, smart toy, smart companion, smart doll, the list just goes on and on.
Finally the company just recently promoted everyone and salary increases too.
