This ELT knows how to do one thing and one thing alone: that's how to make sure they squeeze as much money out of the company as they can. Every single one of their moves is motivated by how it'll affect their bonuses. If you're expecting to see decisions that'll actually benefit employees or even the company beyond short-term gains, you're going to wait a long, long time.

If you were set a target based on short term pointless metrics and the payout from that was hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars.... What would you do?
It's what's wrong with wall street traded companies, but equally none of the "investors" give a cr-p either, they aren't interested in the long haul either.

Fully agree. These useful id--ts only care about their own bonus! They do not care about customers or employees. Ignore them. They ignore you as well.
