You'd have to be a real fool to still work for this horrible company.
How does a company making no money give out raises?
Happy to find out I'm getting a pay raise this June.
The way they are doing this is pretty terrible.
We all talk to each other, so we know whats going on & who
is getting the bump in pay and how much.
Some dedicated, long term folks are hearing:
sorry, it's just not in the budget, post covid.
Then you hear another worker, "I'm going up in pay this much, beginning June 13th!"
Makes you feel some resentment.
This company is truly disgusting and I hope the public knows it now.
Only the manager’s lapdogs. Everyone else maaaaybe gets the measly quarter. Favoritism at my store is out of control.
In other words- managers.
Only promotions and maybe some retroactive raises for people who were recently promoted if they were solid workers
No only the favorites who kiss a-s.
