Moving field positions to inside at hubs

Not sure the company got the memo but they announced they will not be back filling all of the field reps and instead on a case by case basis transitioning them to inside roles (at lower pay) at the hubs.

Not sure why they have to be at the hubs for a sales position for territory outside the hub area? Missing the boat on that one.

I’ve also heard that while they say it will be limited it’s more likely going to be a larger percentage then people think.

I wonder what will happen to the RSM roles as they have less heads to manage…hmmmm

I thought it was clear that people want to work remotely. Well I guess the company is taking a hard stance on what they call hybrid.

The company does what it wants and uses reasons to eliminate roles as it suits them, absolutely no consistency to it, but it's very predictable. Sometimes it's we want everyone in a center of excellence (hub), and then, to eliminate others, you are not in the right hub, and then the old, the role is being moving overseas, and so on. You really can't win, but one thing, if you are still around, good chance you are underpaid and under the radar.
