Covid cases in office?

Has there been any confirmed cases from people going in office? If so, was everyone made aware and did they shut down the office or kept it BAU?

As long as they come back to the office like a good boy, the firm will not care if you lie or not

People have lied about being vaccinated. Do you think they will be caught?

Boston office has had cases but upper management has been silent with no announcements. Can’t expect them to do the right thing and tell us the truth.

Remember, they don’t give one sh-t about any of you. You should have already realized this by now. Things will only get worse as they use the divide between vaxxed and unvaxxed to really cause each group to loathe the other.

Watch out for aggression, the vaxxed are starting to freak out as they realize the jabs they took do nothing and the unvaxxed just go about their life without having taking the experimental gene therapy jab. This is going to get messy.

There’s also been cases in Boston office but no announcements. Let’s risk our health by going into an office where people are coughing and not wearing face masks.

My building in Columbus had cases in the office last year. Emails were sent to everyone who was assigned to that building; I was already working from home at this time. I think once everyone went home, no emails were sent. Some of us have returned to the office, including myself, I'm in a different group though. So, no emails yet. Even if someone did catch it, I'm far away from other people, I don't think they'd send an email about it. Plus, we rotate from office to home every other week.

In the fall things are going to get really bad. The vaccine didn’t work. That is quite obvious as the vaccinated are catching covid AND spreading it.

There was a (so called) case of COVID at 390 Madison ave, a few weeks ago, and a few other cases there in past year and a half. A memo was sent around a few weeks ago.

I agree with the below. It just take seconds for you to get infected. Even though we come couple days a week or sitting apart, there is still a big risk. What if someone with COVID sneeze or cough in the bathroom, exit that bathroom and then there is another person goes inside right after? You will inhale all the airborne virus. Some of the guys aren’t even wearing masks, just because the officials say so without their own brain to judge. Now they strongly recommend masks indoor again, they know they are messed up.....

If employees got infected in office, it’s not something to be announced publicly yet since, like you have said, it could cause panic within work force, but more importantly, it’s their idea to force employees back to office so it will make them look bad

Having rotation schedule does not help anything since as long as there are people around you in an closed up spaces, where windows can’t even be opened, you will have a chance to get infected and it only takes a short period of time. But anything to keep you monitored in person I guess

There have been multiple cases here in Jax and I’ve seen 0 communication. Neither have my coworkers on the same floor as confirmed cases.

Is this to all Chase building? We notice that now that we are back to the office are not been seeing those email from HR regarding found cases on the building. least we were receiving once a week. Did they stop ? that way people don’t freak out. And you will see the number of productivity will drop since we are not happy been in the office. Plus 2 hours driving

Because of the Delta variant, indoor mask is once again recommended even for the vaccinated (read the news, people). Like I always say, returning to office is redundant and putting employees’ lives at unnecessary risk bjt need to comply just because senior management says so. Who knows how severe things will be when Fall begins
