What do you think is destroying morale? A major factor would be office politics. It definitely feels like we’re playing “Survivor.” Build alliances but you still need to watch your back while screwing over the next guy. It seems to be what I am experiencing thus far.

Anthems issues can’t be fixed in a year. Multi year effort is in order, but new “alliances” are formed every year during budgeting, resulting in a change of direction. Amount of money spent trying to find a quick win on a yearly basis vs just committing to fixing the issues is crazy.
