According to my free estimate, there are 5 people for every hard worker who do almost nothing but wait for their paycheck.
The gloomy atmosphere in Riverbed is not at all motivating but I still don’t understand those who work here only the bare minimum but are not looking for a new job.

Riverbeds leadership may be dinosaurs but don't count on the lap dogs and puppets at aternity to provide leadership. Isn't BH getting canned and who would you want to follow from either company?
@ 1jfq - I think the kicking and screaming from Aternity may have something to do with it. Remember, Aternity dumped/canned the losers who weren’t performing (or had semblance of modernism) and they ended up at Riverbed. Keep the Aternity leadership, the riverbed ones are just dinosaurs and have no clue how to sell to modern buyers.
This is why it’s good being a lifer there. You hire a couple of early young professionals to be your biatches, chill 14 days, and profit!
Now they're saying it'll take 12-24 months to get Aternity fully integrated back in. WTF? How could it possibly take that long? The company may well be bankrupt.
I don't understand if bravo owns so many other tech companies, why haven't they figured out how to structure them properly. It should be cookie cutter for them. But instead they've setup Riverbed (and Aternity) like empty skeletons. I mean just look at how other top tech cos are setup and run. Products and the tech matters. So that's why so many people have so little to do.
